Payment & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Payments

For sessions, workshops & courses, full payment is requested upon registration.

If a student needs to make a set of smaller payments over the duration of a class, special arrangements can be made. 

Sliding Scale

Sliding scale fees are possible, if a student or client has a strong commitment to working energetically yet cannot afford an entire class tuition or session fee.

Cancellations

Sessions

Because your session appointments are reserved for you, 24 hours notice is needed to change your time or cancel an appointment. The full session fee will be refunded if 24 hours notice is given. Otherwise, you will be charged the full session fee for the time. 

Classes & Workshops

If you have registered for a class or workshop & are unable to attend, registration fees are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the start of the class or workshop. Refunds for classes & workshops will be assessed a $20.00 administrative fee.
